Agentic AI

AI agents that do the work, not just answer questions.

We design and build enterprise AI agents that understand requests, plan the steps, use your ERP, CRM and data, and complete real business processes. You decide what they can access and when a human signs off.

What is agentic AI

Chatbots answer. Copilots assist. Agents get it done.

Agentic AI is the shift from AI that responds to AI that acts. Agents pursue a goal, choose the steps, use business tools and check their own work, within the boundaries you set.

Agent use cases

Where AI agents deliver value first.

The best first agents target high-volume work that needs judgement, which rules-based automation can't handle alone.

Finance agents

Agents that work through the finance back office and hand exceptions to your team.

How it works

Inside an enterprise AI agent.

01

Trigger

An email, ticket, ERP event, schedule or chat message starts the agent.

02

Understand & plan

The agent reads the context, retrieves knowledge and plans the steps toward the goal.

03

Use tools

It calls approved tools: query the ERP, update the CRM, draft a reply, create a task.

04

Check & escalate

Results are validated against rules. Low confidence or high impact goes to a human.

05

Act & learn

Approved actions are executed and logged, and feedback improves the next run.

What we build

Six kinds of agents, one engineering standard.

Process agents

Automate a defined business process end to end, such as invoice handling, order updates or onboarding.

Multi-agent systems

Specialist agents that collaborate, for example a researcher, a validator and an executor, coordinated by an orchestrator.

Data agents

'Talk to your data': plain-English questions answered from your databases with validated, role-aware queries.

Document agents

Read, classify and extract from invoices, contracts and forms, then act on the result.

Customer-facing agents

Web, WhatsApp or portal assistants that resolve requests using your systems, not just FAQs.

Team copilots

Embedded assistants in your internal tools that draft, summarize and look things up for employees.

Guardrails

Autonomy you can trust, because you control it.

Enterprise agents need more than a good prompt. Every agent we deliver is built with these controls.

Scoped tool access

Each agent gets only the tools and permissions its job needs, nothing more.

Human approval gates

You decide which actions run automatically and which need sign-off.

Output validation

Answers and actions are checked against business rules before they take effect.

Prompt-injection defence

Inputs from emails, documents and the web are treated as untrusted data.

Observability

Traces of every decision, tool call and cost, so nothing is a black box.

Audit & rollback

Every action logged, attributable and reversible where the system allows.

How we deliver

Your first working agent in weeks, not quarters.

Not sure which process to start with? Begin with our AI readiness assessment.

01

Select the use case

Pick a process with clear value, available data and a measurable outcome.

02

Design the agent

Define goals, tools, permissions, approval rules and success metrics.

03

Pilot with real users

Run on real data with a small group, measure results and tune.

04

Scale & operate

Integrate fully, add agents, and monitor quality and cost continuously.

Agentic AI refers to AI systems that pursue a goal by planning steps, using tools such as APIs, databases and applications, and checking their own results. Unlike a chatbot, which only answers, an AI agent can complete work, such as processing an invoice or resolving a support request, under rules you define.

RPA and workflow automation follow fixed rules and break when inputs vary. AI agents handle unstructured inputs like emails and documents and decide which steps to take. In practice we often combine them: automation for the predictable steps, agents for the judgement calls.

Yes, through approved APIs and tools with scoped permissions. You decide which actions run automatically and which require human approval, and every action is logged.

We layer controls: limited tool access, validation against business rules, confidence thresholds that trigger human review, approval gates for high-impact actions, and full tracing so issues are caught and corrected quickly.

We are model-agnostic. We work with leading commercial models and open-source models, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, choosing based on accuracy, cost, latency and privacy requirements. Private deployment is available.

A focused pilot agent typically takes a few weeks, depending on integrations and data access. We agree scope and success measures before we start.

Running cost depends on model choice, volume and complexity. We design for cost from day one, using smaller models where they're good enough, caching, and monitoring per-task cost, and share estimates during the pilot.

Bring one process. We'll map how an agent would handle it, which systems it needs, where humans stay in control, and what success looks like.
